I truly enjoyed really kind employees!

The room was quiet with exceptionally comfortable beds and a work desk, a multi-channel television, and a seating area etc. The breakfast here was nice with local food.

We have spent 3 days in double room with good facilities, three beds, for instance. The location for Hanoi was excellent, not far from a car-free alley, restaurants, and Hanoi's old quarter.

By and large, it was fantastic base for sightseeing in Hanoi, had much fun. Its location was marvellous, close to St Joseph's Church. Everything was simply good.

i greatly enjoyed staying here. had a really comfortable stay for one night, glad i've chosen it. generally everything was fine, nevertheless the bathroom was very dirty. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with local food. the location was unbeatable and magnificent for me, in a good neighborhood.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the old village with many restaurants and spas nearby. The service provided by the employees was incredible. They were caring and helped us with tours and protecting our luggage. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely great hotel for a day tour, highly recommended. Great location, relatively close to a majestic church. Found in the good area very close to Ninh Binh, airport and the centre of town. New-fashioned and airy rooms with very comfy beds and wake-up service. Perfect facilities.

Possibly the best and very comfortable stay during our month long vacation. Amazing and magnificent location, within short walking distance to Hanoi House. Modest restaurant a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Suitable accommodation for a day tour. Neat, new-fashioned room with cable channels, a seating area and a study table. Family atmosphere, plenty of LOCAL dishes.

The hotel is centrally located in a good neighborhood, close to the historic center. It is convenient for exploring the city and getting to most places. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, providing advice and organizing excursions. The rooms were cleaned daily and the overall cleanliness was above average. The breakfast provided was abundant and satisfying.
